ID511 weighing controller, with high precision and high reliability communication interface, meets the needs of complex and harsh industrial weighing control, suitable for chemical hazardous occasions such as weighing and measuring display, dosage control, fixed value control and so on.

Support three types of mounting: panel type, dust-proof type and explosion-proof type.

Dust-proof and explosion-proof models support 7-digit 1-inch (25.4mm high) green or red LED displays with 10 status indicators. Panel type supports 7-digit 0.56-inch (character height 14.2mm) color or red LED display, 10 status indicators.

150,000 high display accuracy, 6000eCMC metrological certification accuracy 200Hz A/D sampling speed, 200 times / sec fixed value comparison speed 5-level dynamic digital filtering, high vibration dynamic filtering.

Basic configuration: RS232, RS485, optional fieldbus output modules, to achieve seamless connection with PLC and process control systems.

Equipped with weight-free digital calibration function, solving the problem of large silo calibration.
